Residents at Casitas Catalina are responsible for their water, sewer, trash, and valet trash, these items will be paid to the property. Residents of Casitas Catalina will set up their electric account and be billed through Tucson Electric Power.

Cable services are not compatible with our lightening speed pre-installed fiber optic WI-FI. This internet service makes streaming so much more convenient! The first 200mbps is included in the rent. Wi-Fi speed upgrades up to 1 gig available with a monthly fee.

Casitas Catalina is a pet friendly community allowing up to two pets per home. We do not have a pet weight limit policy or breed restriction.

Residents at Casitas Catalina will have one assigned covered parking space included in their rent. All other vehicles must park in open spaces. Garages are available to rent for a monthly fee of $150, with a $50 garage opener deposit.

Casitas Catalina has a $50.00 application fee per leaseholder plus an administration fee of $250.00.

Casitas Catalina is perfectly planned at the intersection of Catalina HWY and Tanque Verde.

Casitas Catalina is just a 30 minute scenic drive to the I-10.

For convenience and ease, all apartment homes at Casitas Catalina have a washer and dryer.

At Casitas Catalina the security deposit for an apartment home is based on the credit screening of all applicants combined. The security deposit cost starts as low as $500.00 and can be up to $1,000.00.

At Casitas Catalina each future resident that is over the age of 18 and will be living in the apartment home will need to complete an online application and sign the lease agreement.

Unfortunately, residents at Casitas Catalia cannot make partial payments. If payment needs to be made separately, it can’t be done online. Payment will need to be in the form of a cashier’s check and total due amount brought into the office at the same time.

For Casitas Catalia residents, rent is due on the 1st of each month with a grace period until the 3rd of the month. Rent can be made via our online payment portal with credit or debit card, or by using banking account information. If necessary, rent can also be paid to the leasing office in full by cashier’s check.

Casitas Catalina will have surveillance in designated areas.

Casitas Catalina is a smoke-free community. Smoking is not allowed inside of the apartments or in the common areas on property.

Casitas Catalina is just steps away from LeBuzz Coffee Bistro and Starbucks Coffee. Both locations are just less than a half mile away and located in the Bear Canyon shopping center.

Casitas Catalina homes are in the Tucson Unified School District and Tanque Verde Unified School District.

At Casitas Catalina, both our two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts have walk in closets, pantry and linen closets too!
